I contacted Star Pharmacy hoping to fill a prescription for a new medication needed for atopic dermatitis. I was fortunate to have Adam answer the phone and he was most helpful. Even when it became apparent that the medication was going to be even costlier in London than in the United States. But Adam kept checking the suppliers. He really took time and care and I will be stopping by Star Pharmacy when I visit London in mid-July to say hello, thank you and buy some over the counter meds....I'll probably need some supplies before getting on my cruise. Thanks Star Pharmacy!

I went in to Star Pharmacy last week to pick up a prescription and it turned out my GP had filled the wrong form in so the dosage was wrong. It was almost closing time but the staff kept the pharmacy open for an extra half hour while we sorted the issue so that I wouldn't be left without medication over the weekend. They did everything they could to help me and, in the end, I got what I needed. The staff there are very friendly and always very professional and this interaction sums up the kind of place it is.

I had a sore throat for almost 2 weeks. I went to a few pharmacies near my place but they just gave me coughs and sore throat syrup. However, when I visited Star Pharmacy, the staff there took the time to consult with me and provided me with antibiotics. I must say, Selvia and Amina were incredibly helpful. The service I received was truly amazing, and I am grateful for the care they showed me. Thank you, Star Pharmacy, for looking after me during this time.
