Body mass index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and weight to work out if your weight is healthy. A healthy BMI is between 18.5 to 24.9.

Blood pressure is a measure is of the force that your heart uses to pump blood around the body and is given as 2 figures:

• Systolic pressure- The pressure when the heart pushes blood out
• Diastolic pressure- The pressure when your heart rests between beats.

An ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg, High blood pressure is often related to unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as lack of exercise, being overweight and smoking and drinking too much.

High blood sugar is where the level of sugar in your blood is too high and can be serious if not treated. Some of the common symptoms include:

• Feeling very thirsty
• Peeing frequently
• Losing weight
• Feeling tired
• Blurred vision

The health check takes about 15 to 20 mins and will be conducted by one of our trained professionals.
